Other inspection companies sometimes confuse their clients with complicated fee schedules. That is NOT the case with APS Home Inspection Service. The rates listed reflect a full, professional home inspection including all attached structures, and detatched garage. Any additional structures or detached buildings may be inspected at an additional cost. Environmental inspections and mold sampling are listed below the home inspection rates. We are certified, insured and performed over 4000 inspections. We help you to protect your investment.
Inspection Reports are e-mailed the same day the client. Digital photo CD Disk is provided at no additional cost upon request.
Payment is required the DAY OF INSPECTION. APS Home Inspection Service at the time of inspection and we accept cash, money orders, personal checks, or certified checks. All credit or debit cards will be acceptable for payment through PayPal. Liability contracts, mold notification forms, mold sampling agreements, or any other professional contracts must be signed and dated, IN FULL, day of appointment. If our inspectors are not able to do a complete inspection, it will be noted in the report. If an appointment cannot be met and has not been cancelled within an appropriate time, a $100.00 charge will be assessed to the client
APS Home Inspection Service works in cooperation with EMSL Analytical, Inc. for all of our environmental testing. EMSL Analytical, Inc., is an AIHA accredited laboratory and work within the standards and practices of IESO. The rates of sampling may vary according to type and amount of samples needed to complete mold inspection. Services include varied methods of sampling (surface, air, bulk) to provide a complete report.
